Insurance Information:
We accept many types of insurance including but not limited to: Medicare, Medicaid, CHIPS, Tricare,and most other independent insurance plans. We also have Self-pay for those without insurance.
Be sure to ask us about our reduced fees for Self-pay patients.

OPEN 7 DAYS PER WEEK!!
We do not require an appointment and all Walk-Ins are welcome. All we ask is that you bring your insurance card and a photo I. D.
We have an interpreter available for all 3 locations to serve our Spanish speaking patrons.
